Phoenix Environmental provides comprehensive support for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and industrial projects; please note that we do not provide services for owner-occupied residential properties.

Pre-Construction Surveys: Regardless of a building’s age, an asbestos survey is legally required before any demolition or renovation project begins on a commercial property.
Operations & Maintenance (O&M): We can provide comprehensive O&M Plans and post-abatement air monitoring to ensure your site remains safe and your liability is minimized.
Professional Training Programs:
- Asbestos Awareness Training: Required for maintenance and custodial staff who work in buildings containing ACM.
- Asbestos O&M Training: Specialized training for personnel performing small-scale maintenance tasks that may disturb asbestos.
- Asbestos Designated Person Training: Mandatory training for school district personnel responsible for AHERA management plans and compliance.

Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Solutions

For CRE properties constructed before 1978, lead-based paint (LBP) poses a significant environmental and legal risk.
Our team includes Lead Risk Assessors certified by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) to assist commercial and
multi-unit residential clients.

Risk Assessments & Surveys:
We conduct LBP surveys and clearance sampling for commercial facilities to satisfy health protocols or renovation requirements.
LBP Operations & Maintenance (O&M):
